Yes. All your manifest processing is done locally in your browser. Your saved portfolio, sales history, and preferences are securely stored in your personal account using Supabase.

How does the Auction Analyzer work?

Upload manifests (CSV files) from liquidation sites like BStock or Target. It automatically maps the columns, calculates target resale prices based on your custom margins, estimates fees, and gives you a Max Allowable Bid.

Can I customize the manifest columns?

Yes. When you upload a CSV, you can map the headers to our standard fields or create custom dynamic fields. You can save these mappings as templates for future use.

What is the Max Allowable Bid?

It is the highest amount you can bid on a pallet while still hitting your target profit margin, after accounting for all estimated supplier fees, selling fees, and shipping costs.

How do I move items from Analyzer to Tracker?

Once you win an auction, click 'Mark as Won' in the Analyzer. This adds the lot to your Portfolio. From there, you can move individual items into your Tracker to manage their listing and sales status.

Can I track items sold on multiple platforms?

Absolutely. You can track sales across Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Shopify, and even add your own custom platforms in the Settings.

What metrics are tracked in the Dashboard?

The Dashboard provides a high-level executive overview of your total invested capital, total revenue, net profit, profit margin, active items, and sales trends over time.

How does the Expense & Mileage tracker work?

In the Reports section, you can quickly log business expenses like supplies, software, and storage. You can also use the Quick Log Expense tool to instantly calculate and track driving costs (using preset buttons or custom inputs) which are automatically deducted from your Total Net Profit.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your entire Tracker, Portfolio, or Analyzer data as CSV files, or download a full JSON backup from the Settings page.

How do I update my password?

All features are currently unlocked for users who create an account. Future premium tiers will be announced.

My CSV isn't uploading correctly.

Ensure your CSV is not empty and has clear header rows. If columns aren't mapping automatically, use the 'Map Manifest Columns' modal to manually assign them.

The AI Analysis button isn't working.

Accepted Answer

The AI Analysis button generates a prompt and copies it to your clipboard. Some browsers block automatic clipboard access. If it fails, try manually selecting and copying the text from the modal.
